A wine tour in Alicante is the perfect way to explore the region´s rich history, stunning landscapes, and unique and delicious wines with our native grape, monastrell at the forefront. On tour travel approximately 30 minutes towards the wine region of Vinalopo from Alicante. Upon arrival, our guide will give a guided tour of the family run winery, vineyards and installations and to conclude wine tasting. This is a great opportunity to know a little more about Alicante and know about the wines of the Mediterranean. The tour was fantastic. Alberto was a great guide from start to finish. He showed us the entire winery, explained the history of the house and the intricacies of the region. We even got to see the grapes being processed. The wine tasting was great as well. I’d definitely recommend the experience.

I recommend taking this tour as soon as you get to Alicante as the guide, is a local full of information and tips on the best things to do/places to eat etc. On the way to the vineyard we got to make use of his knowledge as we travelled in a comfortable, clean, air conditioned minibus. The tour itself was wonderful, Alberto is a very engaging tour guide who took us through the whole process of how they make the wines, which were delicious and came with some nibbles. The setting is beautiful. Honestly, wouldn't change a thing! One of the highlights of the trip for all 3 of us 🙂
