Sports Company Presentation and Event
A sportsware company reached out wanting us to organize two separate events for their European conference with 300 team members.
The first event was the kick off presentation and the other an industrial Japanese 90s themed party.
For the initial kick off presentation event we reserved a beautiful garden estate located only a 15 minute drive from their Hotel, worked closely with a top local technical company to organize scenography with stage and monitors for presentation, and hired out catering from a top caterer for Spanish tapas.
For the Japanese themed 90s party we reserved an industrial style venue in the city with an amazing stage. We hired a top DJ from Barcelona to play at the venue. There was an arcade zone with antique arcade games from the 90s where the guests could play old games like Mario cart. For food we catered in Nikkei cuisine from a top boutique caterer in the city.
Everything from transportation to venue, food and drink to technical production was organized by our team.
The group LOVED every minute of the party! They ate delicious cuisine, drank craft cocktails and danced the night away!
