The cooking workshop is held in the heart of the charming old town of Alicante. In the cooking workshop we learn to cook a few dishes, see some show cooking by our chef and enjoy a Spanish meal. A professional chef as well as our guide accompanies the group and gives a workshop in cooking where we participate in making a delicious traditional Spanish meal. We then enjoy the meal while enjoying drinks of your choice. This makes for a fantastic day or night! Please note that there are a variety of menus and cuisines available to choose from (also apt for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions). We took a cooking class with Ali-Oli tours and it was just wonderful from start to finish. Rebecca was a great communicator beforehand, and when she got us to Jaime and his beautiful kitchen it just took off. We had such a great time and Jaime was a terrific instructor. Wine all day, terrific tapas available from the beginning and of course the dishes we made were delicious. Loved it all around.
